Our Steel Wire Rope Slings are widely appreciated for dimensional accuracy and high strength. Manufactured in accordance with BIS standards, these are spliced using:
Mechanical Splicing / Hydraulic Pressing - Steel Wire Rope is formed into both ended looped sling and locked using an aluminum compound Ferrule which is further subjected to load under a hydraulic press of suitable capacity exerting exactly the desired load according to the rope Dia. This results in a permanent locked ferrule thereby forming the loop. This procedure is in adherence to IS 5245 Party II.
Manual Splicing / Hand Splicing
A sling is locked manually using its own strands interlocked to form a permanent loop. This procedure is in adherence to IS 5245 Party I.
MULTI LEG WIRE ROPE SLINGS
These are also called load balancing slings available in two legged,three legged and four legged combination with different types of end fittings.

TESTING OF WIRE ROPE SLINGS:
All the wire rope slings supplied by us are tested to proof load on a horizontal test bed and is certified by a competent person.
